About CUTEK

With roots in New Zealand and Australia, CUTEK® is an award-winning global brand in the
wood protection industry. For the past three decades, CUTEK® products have been used in
many countries with vastly different environments to protect and enhance wood. Whether in the
snowy mountains of Colorado, the rainforests of Chile, the humid subtropics of Asia, or the
outback deserts of Australia, CUTEK® powerfully protects wood's natural beauty and extends
its service life.

CUTEK® has pioneered the development of specialty pre-coater/in-plant manufacturer products
that are cost-effective and machine/user-friendly for over 35 years. We understand machines
and coatings and work extensively with pre-oil machine manufacturers and lumber producers to
bring added value to your wood products. Work with a company that cares about your bottom
line and is highly technical in this field.

Operator and Machine Friendly

CUTEK® oils are fast and easy to use in pre-oiling machines. They are a very low-maintenance
machine solution with fast daily start-up and shutdown—there is no need to clean after every
run, and cleaning, if required, is simple and easy.

Knowledgeable Staff with Industry Experience

CUTEK® employs staff with expert technical knowledge of the pre-coating and lumber
industries and will help ensure your pre-oiling operation is profitable and efficient.

Cost-Effective and Time-Efficient

Wood freshly coated with CUTEK® oils can be installed immediately or wet-stacked for later
use, saving time and expensive labor by skipping the need for stickers. CUTEK® oils can also
obtain incredibly high coverage rates without compromising efficacy, leading to a lower cost per
linear foot compared to many other applications on the market.

CUTEK® is designed to work with all wood and is an excellent match for Western Red and
Yellow Cedar. Adding moisture and UV protection to Cedar’s already durable characteristics is a
winning combination.

The CUTEK® wood protection system is designed to highlight the natural beauty of wood and
make it easy to properly prepare and confidently protect wood in an exterior environment

Product Line

Prepare products are designed to clean, strip, or restore exterior wood to its original state to
enhance and optimize wood for the best result.

CUTEK® Wood Stripper: A safer alternative to dangerous chemical strippers, it removes film
coatings and is easy to use.

CUTEK® Wood Reviver: Revives weathered wood, removes stubborn stains, prepares new
wood, and opens wood to absorb CUTEK® Extreme.

CUTEK® Quickclean: A powerful surface dirt and grime cleaner that optimizes wood for
maintenance coats of CUTEK® Extreme and CUTEK® Colortones.

Our protect products increase dimensional stability and long-term protection while enhancing
wood’s natural beauty, even in extreme environments.

CUTEK® Extreme: A high-performance wood oil offers powerful stabilizing protection while
enhancing wood’s natural beauty. Unlike traditional wood coatings, CUTEK Extreme penetrates
deeply into the wood to protect it from the inside out, displacing water for long-term dimensional
stability, significantly reducing warping and splitting, and extending the wood’s service life.
Importantly, CUTEK Extreme, applied as a clear oil without UV protection, does not form a
surface film, ensuring it will not peel or flake. It will let the wood naturally fade and silver over
time, preserving its original beauty.

CUTEK® Colortone: Transparent matte finish additive that provides outstanding UV protection.
Choose from 18 Colors specifically designed to enhance the natural beauty and color of the
wood species or change the color of the wood species.
